Our hosting company is in the European Union and it is GDPR compliant. Any information is sent over SSL / HTTPS to ensure security.
How we protect your data
Our server has malware protection mechanisms, internal reporting systems and an email notification system if any suspicious activity is detected.
Moreover, we are entirely using SSL/HTTPS throughout all our sites. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization.
Rules of residence
Take care of the property as you would with your own home. You will be responsible for any damage or defacement that may occur to the residence, except for normal wear and tear. The cost of the damage should be paid back by the guests. 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation .The balance should be paid within 14 days prior the day of arrival. The payment can be done with credit card or with deposit in a bank account. The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. In the price of the reservation includes VAT and all taxes .
Cleaning and change linen is carried out twice a week.

The 30% deposit (which is paid upon booking) is to be charged as cancellation fee in case you cancel your reservation less than 30 days and 100% of the reservation cost to be charged in case you cancel less than 14 days. In case of no-show 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
